But then, Ramadan month came and when i dont eat for a day and im really bored, i eat like crazy when it's time to eat. And after this i kinda lost my motivation. But now im starting to get back on track slowly. Well, bravo for your progress, its so encouraging to see what the human body can do. You're awesome.
Helloo my lovely! don’t worry we all get of track until today i hadnt worked out for 3weeks as ive been ill..just killed my inner thighs in a workout :D :O for workouts i tend to mix it up from the 30 day shred random ones i find on here..at the moment im doing the blogilates calender they also have a beginers one if thats better for you i did that one first then went on to this one which i have to say is very hard hah. food wise all my main meals unless im at a friends house are from slimming world..mainly because that what my mum cooks haha just try make sure what ever meat you eat has no fat, dont eat friend things with oil, you can use pam or fry light instead emm and i eat lots of fruit ! if theres any thing else you need advice, motivation just message me :)
